Dr. Stephanie Hampton Credle

Dr. Credle, CEO of Chrysalis Enterprises, LLC in Roanoke Rapids, NC, is an accomplished practitioner with over 30 years of government service and 25 years of EEO experience. She retired from federal service in August 2020 after serving as the NAVSEA Equal Employment Opportunity Director, where she was responsible for developing and executing EEO programs for over 35,000 employees worldwide.

Dr. Credle began her EEO career as a collateral duty EEO Counselor at Fort Lee, Virginia, and later worked as an EEO Specialist, Affirmative Employment Manager, and EEO Director for various federal agencies, including the Defense Logistics Agency and the United States Coast Guard.

Dr. Credle holds an Associate's Degree in Medical Technology from Elon University, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Saint Paul's College, a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, and a Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis & Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.

In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Credle has completed various training courses and certifications, including the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute EEO Specialist and EEO Officer's courses, and is certified as a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) trainer and mediator.

Dr. Credle is a sought-after speaker, trainer, and mentor for EEO professionals throughout the federal government. She has provided training seminars for the Department of Defense, Department of Army installations, and civic, nonprofit, and church organizations. Dr. Credle is also a certified coach, speaker, and trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team and the recipient of the 2016 NAACP Roy C. Wilkins Renown Service Award.

As an author, Dr. Credle has written seven books, including "Swimming With Sharks: Navigating The Troublesome Workplace," "Trojan Heart: How to Avoid Damaging Relationships and Stay Open to Healthy Ones," and "Coming Together: The Unity of a Nation."

Alyssa D. Credle

Alyssa achieved both her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and her Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Howard University in 2015, displaying her unwavering commitment to academic excellence. During her years at Howard, Alyssa actively served as a board member for Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education, embracing her passion for educational excellence and leadership.

Since 2015, Alyssa has expanded her teaching experience, first as a Kindergarten Teacher at Glassmanor Elementary School in Prince George County, Maryland and currently as a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher at Garfield Elementary School in Springfield, Virginia. She wholeheartedly invests her time and energy in shaping young minds within this vibrant community, nurturing their growth and fostering a love for learning.

Alyssa is the CEO at Arrows, LLC, an educational tutoring company that she founded. Alyssa is passionate about preparing students for success by providing valuable educational resources and personalized tutoring services. In 2023, Alyssa's professional journey took an exciting turn as she joined the Chrysalis Enterprises Team as the Curriculum Developer and Trainer. In this new role, Alyssa leverages her extensive experience and expertise in education to design innovative and engaging curriculum materials. Her dedication to creating effective learning experiences enables her to make a significant impact on the educational development of students. Alyssa collaborates with a team of professionals to shape and refine educational programs. She uses her in-depth knowledge of pedagogy and instructional design to ensure that the curriculum aligns with the latest educational standards and best practices.
