We provide agency and industry-specific training programs. We use a variety of technology platforms to create interactive teaching environments that break fixed-mindsets that have created barriers to learning or did not design training with diverse learning skills in mind. We use visuals, hands-on projects, group activities, and training challenges to speed trust, address learning bias, and ensure the value of each learner.  

Our facilitators operate from a place of foundational respect for what the student brings to the learning environment. After each training course, we ask our facilitators what they gained from their time with our learners! That's because we expect to grow WITH our clients. We also work with our clients to ensure on-the-spot adjustments when the training environment is not conducive to learning. We will shift, change, and adjust our delivery methods in real-time! During day one of each course, a senior Chrysalis Consultant is monitoring the environment to assess training vulnerabilities, learning barriers, or client concerns. Anything from classroom climate to technology glitches can detract from learning! We work upfront to develop, in real-time to monitor, and post-training to assess vulnerabilities and engage in a system of continuous process improvement!  

The Chrysalis is the inspiration for the development of our training and consultation programs. When the caterpillar is ready, it finds a safe place to weave a cocoon around itself! It has spent some intense time eating until it becomes engorged, and then it enters the chrysalis. Everything it has eaten provides the creative juices to help it emerge as a butterfly with the capacity to pollinate and facilitate growth for others. As such, each Chrysalis client is invited to join our online learning environment. We provide information, engagement, and mastermind groups that can help clients develop and maintain an individual growth plan. Our team of subject matter experts is also available for individual, team, and executive coaching.
